What this policy covers

This policy applies to fees paid to C & J Securities for consultations, portfolio guidance and monitoring services purchased through cjsecuritiespreference.com or directly from us.

It does not cover the value, performance, income or losses of any security you buy or sell. Market results are not refundable.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

We answer within 2 business days.

How you are refunded

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the credit.

Because we do not ship physical products, there are no returns or exchanges of goods and no return shipping costs.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
